Day 1
Morning – Pineapple Deluxe Detox Water (Metabolism Booster)
Breakfast – Summertime Juice (Meal Replacement)
Lunch – Celery Juice (Inflammation Healer and Detox )
Snack – Watermelon Cucumber and Lemon Juice (Great for Hydration)
Dinner – Spinach Cooler (Spinach , green apple, cucumber, ginger)
Day 2
Morning – Grapefruit Recovery Detox Water (Metabolism Booster)
Breakfast – Summertime Juice (Meal Replacement)
Lunch – Celery Juice (Meal Replacement)
Snack – Watermelon Cucumber and Lemon Juice (Great for Hydration)
Dinner- Spinach Cooler (Spinach , green apple, cucumber, ginger)
Day 3
Morning- Mint and Cucumber Detox Water (Metabolism Booster)
Breakfast- Summertime Juice (Meal Replacement)
Lunch- Celery Juice (Meal Replacement)
Snack- Watermelon Cucumber and Lemon Juice (Great for Hydration)
Dinner-Spinach Cooler (Spinach , green apple, cucumber, ginger)
Morning-
During your cleanse, you can snack on fruits, veggies, almonds, no dairy or artificial sweeteners. If you start feeling fatigued, you can have a small healthy meal for either lunch or dinner. Plant based foods are recommended.
They are found in the veggie section and also have vegan sausages and patties.
Please remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
